WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK MY DATE?

To reserve your date, we require:

  1. Completed Inquiry Form – with event details and contact info.

  2. Signed Rental Agreement – acknowledging terms and policies.

  3. Non-Refundable Deposit – 50% of the total balance to hold your date.

DO YOU HAVE A
CANCELLATION POLICY?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event.
Any cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged the full balance.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

We sure do! In our base pricing, we include free delivery/pick up within 30 miles of Williamsburg, VA. Anything over the 30 miles, is subject to a .50 cent per mile charge.
